It is intended to give you a good idea of the steps involved when installing an emoc storm and screen door.

Pick a flat area near the entry door lay the box flat on the ground fold it open and check to make sure you have all the parts. Replace it with the new one that has the screen insert already installed. Use this measurement to mark the appropriate point on the hinge side z bar with a pencil then use your hacksaw to cut. Use an awl or your screwdriver to pry up the spline at the corner of the frame. If you chose to install a new window the process is very straightforward.

Begin the project by folding open the box and removing the glass storm panel. Set it and the screen panel in a safe place out of the wind. Pull the splines out of the door frame groove with steady firm pressure. Position the sweep so its weather stripping touches the sill and screw into place. Use a nut driver or a screwdriver if needed and unscrew the window that is currently on the storm door.
